You truly don’t realize how much knowledge you have on a topic until your partner asks a small question about something and you take them on an hours long journey through the details of said topic.
@paige_devon now knows a lot more about Zelda than she thought she would. 😂
Thank you @dillongarland, I very much appreciate your astute observation. I must, however, not accept #WM17 as me being involved in main event simply because as a commentator, it's not a "main event attraction position." But who else in my position has accomplished EIGHT Mania Main Events? And I say that, only with the caveat that I get to ACKNOWLEDGE @WWERomanReigns's astonishing NINE @WrestleMania main events!
@TKOGrp@WWE@USANetwork@netflix
Roman Reigns currently holds the record for being in 9 Wrestlemania main events, the most of any superstar.
You know who else has been involved in 9 Wrestlemania main events?
Paul Heyman. (@HeymanHustle)

That is why he is the Greatest of All Time, undisputed.
I’ve been meaning to write this out for a while now but kept forgetting, so here’s a brief introduction of myself to you as I haven’t really done something like this yet on here.
My name is Dillon Garland and I’m a 31 year old film Director, Writer, Producer, & Cinematographer from Nova Scotia, Canada. I’m also the President & Founder of the production company River Point Studios.
I’ve been making movies and TV since 2006 (professionally since 2010). In that time I’ve directed two feature films (The Last Divide & Afraid to Speak), written four features, directed and wrote four shorts, directed over 30 music videos, was a crew member on over 100 television episodes (58 as Director) and over 10 films, and started my professional career out as a Production Assistant on the Canadian versions of shows like Big Brother, Canada’s Got Talent (the original run), Amazing Race, and The Bachelor.
My latest project was the six episode mini series adapted from the film of the same name, The Last Divide, where I was Director, Writer, Producer, Editor, and Actor (briefly for a bar fight scene) that aired on Eastlink Community TV here in Canada in 2022.
I love movies (of all kinds), but adore horror, science fiction, and westerns. I’m a die hard wrestling fan and mostly everything I share on this app is either art or stories I find super interesting.
On a personal level, I am someone who is battling depression, anxiety, and ADHD and have utilized my art as a filmmaker to explore that and share my own experiences with that war inside my head, heart, and soul.
I just wanted to share this as I’ve connected with a lot of amazing people on here since I jumped back on the app in late 2022 and I’ve seriously had a blast surrounding myself with just fantastic artists, comics, wrestling lovers, nerds, and geeks. So I figured I’d finally introduce myself. 💜😊
The TL:DR version: Hi I’m Dillon and I make movies. Also you all rock.
Had to do a good chunk of driving today and finally dove into Tetragrammaton with Rick Rubin. Started with the @HeymanHustle episode and I don’t think I’ve ever listened to a greater three hours of storytelling in my life.
If you’re a wrestling fan, movie fan, or quite frankly anyone who enjoys art in some way, give this a listen. It is unreal and the deepest dive into the creative process and influence behind the art of Professional Wrestling/Sports Entertainment I’ve ever heard.
If you think you know what you’re in for I guarantee you that you don’t.
