I’ll never “unsee” what this guy pointed out about Minnesota’s new state flag. 😂🫣
He’s not wrong about how the flag looks like it could be a flag in Somalia.
However, if you hang it vertically, things get even weirder. I’m not surprised given what we know about Tampon Tim. 🤣 Maybe it was intentional.
Just watch the video and you’ll see. 👇🏼

All I’ve been thinking about all day is coming home to eat a pack of @Hostess_Snacks mini powdered donuts and the last 3 packs were all popped open somehow and stale😭💔
When Jason and I got married I implemented a rule into wedding planning:
You have a say but if you tell me that you don’t care, then it’s pink and sparkly
Invites were pink and sparkly, table cloths and centerpieces were pink and sparkly etc.
This rule has carried on into our home. So if you ever come over and see that 90% of our home is pink, just know I gave my husband a choice!
My flabber is gasted 🧑🍳 We were cooking breakfast this morning and I had just finished chopping up a yellow bell pepper. I was trying to clean up all the seeds that went everywhere and that’s when little Cashy came over to tell me she knew how to cut it without getting seeds all over the place. She told me to follow the lines down the side of the pepper but stop just before the bottom and not cut all the way to the stem. Then she said to just pull apart and voilà! As you can hear she learned this by watching @nickdigiovanni cook and she loves his kid friendly channel. I still can’t believe this worked. She gave me very clear instructions and my pepper cutting life has forever been changed!
the intimacy of sleeping together, but not in a s*xual way. the intimacy of feeling the warmth of their body in a cool room hugging you tightly. the intimacy of synchronized breathing. sleepy half-kisses. feeling safe. feeling warm. waking up and realizing how much you love them.

It was 8 PM on a Friday, and my partner was dead asleep on the living room sofa, still in his work clothes.
I was on FaceTime with a friend who was getting ready for a massive night out. She asked what my weekend plans were, and I flipped the camera to show him resting.
She sighed, doing her makeup. “Girl, doesn't it bother you? You’re young, it's Friday, and you're just watching a man sleep. You deserve the princess treatment. If he really wanted to take you out and show you off, he would.”
I looked at him. I looked at the dark circles under his eyes and the laptop still open on the coffee table.
What my friend didn’t see was that earlier that week, he had quietly taken over two of my biggest bills so I could afford to take a lower-paying job that I actually loved. He had been pulling 14-hour days for months, absorbing all the financial pressure so I could finally breathe.
I didn’t argue with her. I just calmly said,
“He is giving me the soft life. The soft life is me waking up without panic because he goes to war every single day. I’m not going to punish him for returning from that war exhausted.”
The line got quiet. I told her to have fun, hung up, and draped a blanket over him.
The internet has completely warped our idea of what love looks like. It has convinced women that "princess treatment" means endless aesthetic dates, constant entertainment, and a partner who operates with infinite energy.
But a man cannot simultaneously be in the trenches securing your absolute safety, and have the carefree energy of a guy with zero responsibilities.
I realized that night: The ultimate luxury isn't a man who takes you out to be seen. It’s a man who makes your life so incredibly secure that fiercely protecting his rest becomes your biggest priority.
My top 5 fears:
1. Being infertile
2. The day my parents pass away.
3. Marrying someone who settled for me cos they couldn't get who they truly wanted.
4. Losing my health before I get to enjoy the life I'm working so hard for.
5.Having an unsuccessful future.
With a miscarriage, everyone is looking for
"what went wrong"
But
Maybe this precious life was exactly right and exactly what God intended.
My sister reminded me that God is not constrained by time.
If in His will, He uses a life to bring people to Jesus...
Well isn't that a life well lived, no matter how long they were alive.
My sister called me at 5:12am today.
Her voice was shaking.
“I don’t want to scare him,” she said. “But I’m tired.”
She’s 8 months pregnant.
Swollen feet.
Back pain.
Sleepless nights.
Her husband works two jobs now.
One in the daytime.
One at night.
Not because he wants to “hustle.”
But because hospital bills don’t care about romance.
Last night the power went out.
No inverter.
No generator fuel.
Just heat and silence.
She said she watched him sit on the floor beside the bed, fanning her for almost an hour.
When she told him to sleep, he said,
“If you’re carrying our future, the least I can do is carry tonight.”
She started crying when she told me that part.
Because this is the same man who used to split suya with her when they were dating.
The same man who proposed without a ring, just a promise.
I had two friends who dated the same girl. The first one to date her was always complaining. He said she was clingy, boring, immature, and of course: crazy. He broke up with her two or three months later.
Almost a year later, my other friend dated the same girl, and before I even asked he told me, “Man, I found the woman of my life.”
The girl is affectionate, responsible, simple, and I’m crazy about her. The same girl. Seen through different eyes. From a toxic girl to a blessing.
And the highest unemployment rate of any state in the country. @GavinNewsom i’d love to look through the books of California on financial audit, if you’re down! The good AND the bad 😌
