@AmazonHelp Still on phone. CC was refunded, but membership cancelled in order to do so, so we currently don’t have our Prime benefits & keep getting put on hold while they try to figure out why the registry gift activation email isn’t doing what it’s supposed to to activate the membership.

@amazon DO BETTER. Received a gift of a Prime Membership for our wedding & was still charged at renewal. Simple fix would’ve been an immediate refund & figuring out your shitty registry on your side. But no, after 40 mins on the phone I’m still dealing with it. Unacceptable.
