• Complete bans on hormones, surgeries, and puberty suppressants for minors.
• Outlaw phalloplasty for all ages.
• Strict regulation of hormones (no informed consent.)
• Restriction of trans surgery to above 25 only.
• Trans surgery classified as cosmetic and not medically necessary.
• No government funding for transition.
• Exploratory therapy required for 2+ years before given surgical intervention.
• Actual informed consent for patients (must not be suicidal, and have comorbidites managed.)
• Statute of limitations for medmal cases extended to 15 years.
