Weekdays i wake up 5:30AM work 6:45-3 get home at 3:45 take a nap till 5:30 and cycle at 6:30 bed by 10pm... today I skipped the nap and went straight to cycle and now I’m all fucked up wanting to go to sleep before 6pm... 😭
