So i drove faster and drove her two miles down the road to a Circle K. She didn’t want to get out but there were 10cars and its at a busy intersection and I told her she had to go inside bc I have to go pick up my kids(and I was shaking at this point).
I know this is the calm before the pivot to what I want to do, like the Alchemist, sometimes the universe wants you to get and chase your dream, but there's sometimes a break before that launch. I think now I am there, and now I must work hard to get out of here (academically).
That’s when I realized: A person who falls and gets back up is a strong person. A person who gathers their courage and walks again is a brave person. Now failure, loss, and hopelessness don’t scare me. Because travel taught me one of the most important things:
TKhat itAnowing it would never reach its intended audience,
Tnd to cast it out with the tide,
To write of no greater love than that of the shattered heart,
To breed abundance from scarcity,
Ao plead for light from ever-growing darkness,
nd it always seemed an antithetical task,
