just a girl tryna get her camera 2 focus

[Lou @painfulmagic]

@_shrimpdaddy that's okay! I'm sharing my thoughts for a personal reason, it's an educated conclusion, not an empty thought thrown out there

[Lou @painfulmagic]

@_shrimpdaddy (just as back story to our exchange, i'm just airing thoughts 🙂)

[Lou @painfulmagic]

i understand everyone's opinions and appreciate them, i too have opinions and would hope for them to be appreciated in a similar manner ❤

[Lou @painfulmagic]

@_shrimpdaddy not sure why you're offering your two cents but i disagree and that's okay, i'm sharing thoughts but not asking for input

[Lou @painfulmagic]

& it's not a flaw in ur person, it's a flaw in most people

[Lou @painfulmagic]

bc if u don't do that ur gonna stay in this endless cycle of wanting to be/get better but not actually doing so due to ur own mind

[Lou @painfulmagic]

but u really gotta exert more of your energy into overriding that instinct of focussing on the negatives with some kinda hope

[Lou @painfulmagic]

u can be quick to look at all of the negatives: not just about urself but also about circumstances and other people and ur environment

[Lou @painfulmagic]

it can be real hard at times bc as humans we're naturally narcissistic and often driven by that, but also have massive capacity for empathy

[Lou @painfulmagic]

I'm gonna be ok & i just gotta keep reminding myself that so i can stay on this path to stability rather than continue on this cycle of hurt
