@honour_okoduwa@mrhighfoster Not an easy journey....
I've lost so many of my guys to this empty voice. I hardly joke with people's struggles coz I've been there multiple times. Grace is the ultimate salvation ✊
@PoliceNG_CRU Police is not your friend and sarz is still active, rebranded to tactical unit. They repeatedly told me that "forgiveness is a sin". I wrote you yesterday on how I was unlawfully abducted by your men without a room for profiling. I was locked up, traumatized and molested.
@PoliceNG_CRU@TunjiDisu1@PoliceNG@CspIniedu@SPAwuFidelisJ You guys have to visit imota tactical squad station, ikorodu. There are a lot of young guys and females that was forcefully picked without doing anything. Your officers are somehow

if you spend all day at a fish market, you’ll leave smelling like fish, even if you never touched one
but spend your day in a perfume shop and you’ll carry the scent even if you didn’t buy anything, that’s how environment works. it rubs off, whether you realize it or not. stay around complainers and everything starts to look negative. stay around excuse makers and growth feels optional but get around people who move with purpose, you’ll feel it.
get around people who live in gratitude, you’ll start to see differently. the scent of your environment will always follow you.
@Murefootball @jon_d_doe Paying off the debts bit by bit. The greatest step that an addict could take is to stop. There's is no better time to stop., I sold to myself the false hope that I will stop when I see a big win untill I found myself in the pit. Looking forward to write a book on my experiences.
He had been renting a luxury home that was later found vandalised with paint.
Witnesses and a village employee recorded him acting erratically, like rolling on the road, making praying gestures, shouting, approaching cars, and trying to give money to a driver

Connor's story is a brutal reminder that even guys who look unbreakable on the outside can hit a wall where things spiral fast.

Get help early, stay safe (especially around water or when your head's not clear), and remember your mind matters as much as your muscles.

i will teach you guys something, pay solid attention and walk with me;
most nights, place a clear glass of water beside your bed. by morning, it’s said you can read the energy of your space. this simple feng shui practice is believed to reveal the unseen flow around you while you sleep.
before going to bed, take a clean glass and fill it with clear water. hold it gently with both hands for a few seconds. look into it and quietly say, while i rest, cleanse what i cannot see. absorb the heavy energy and carry away anything that does not belong to me. in that moment, you’re giving the water a task.
water by nature, absorbs energy easily and respond to intention. once you’re done, place the glass next to your bed and go to sleep as you normally would.
in the morning, pay close attention.
if the water is filled with bubbles, almost like it has been boiling overnight, it has absorbed heavy or negative energy from your surroundings. if it appears cloudy or different from how you left it, the energy may be even more intense possibly built up stress or lingering spiritual presence over time. if the water remains clear, then your environment is calm and balanced.
one important rule: do not drink the water. pour it away, as it has completed its task then rinse the glass thoroughly.
if the water isn’t clear on the first night, repeat the process for seven nights to help cleanse and rebalance your space. don’t be afraid of what you find. what matters more is realizing you may have been resting in that energy for longer than you knew.
