I was informed over a week ago my refund would arrive shortly…nothing.
Appalling.

@British_Airways I have been bearing with you for two months and multiple lengthy phone calls.
Apparently, there is no-one in BA who can help and bring resolution, according to the agent today.

The most appalling service.
I am overdue a refund from you that should have been paid in October, I have had to call multiple times and been told next week, next week. Nothing.
Even my complaint has not been answered.

A timescale is what 5 star customer service provides.
