Pork belly burnt ends are back 💥 We cure pork belly in pink salt for 3-4 days, rinse it off & season it with pork rub. We then smoke it for 2.5 hours, cube it, toss it in more pork rub seasoning + Pinot Noir BBQ sauce, and smoke it for 30 more min. Come and get ‘it!
