To make it worse, when I complained about the 6-hour delay, the store manager Henry lost his temper, became extremely rude, and literally told me "never come back to Canadian Tire again."

@ServiceAlberta Worse customer service ever at @CanadianTire 5200 Richmond Rd SW, Calgary,I booked an appointment IN PERSON 4 days ago. Yet, they kept my car for 6 hours just to take the tires off and lift it up (as seen in the photo). Absolutely NOTHING else was done!

On top of that, they forced me to pay $65 for doing absolutely nothing before kicking me out. Wasted my entire workday and scammed me. @CanadianTire I demand a full refund and an official corporate investigation into this location! #Scam #CustomerService
