@Groupon @GrouponHelpUS I got a Groupon email saying I can TRADE a deal in, which I want to do. I've got 3 different support emails saying they can't offer me a REFUND. I DON'T WANT A REFUND, I want to TRADE IT IN (for credit) like your email says I can. Can someone help me?

@GrouponHelpUS Same canned garbage response from the support email, except now it says they can't do refund OR trade-in after 3 days.. The email I got from Groupon saying I could trade in came SIXTY-NINE days after purchase.
