Adding onto our earlier report on Indian BMD network, one of the oldest BMD support sites is located deep inside Central India.

While most of the facility including the silo was built prior to 2011, the MCT setup was only recently installed in 2018 inline with BMD Radar deployment around the same time.

Report | India has developed a multi-layered Ballistic Missile Defence System. The development has been undertaken in two distinct phases, with the first one deployed around the National Capital Region, and the second deployed around the Mumbai region.

The system uses multiple radar systems to track and identify targets before they can be engaged with interceptors.

IAF appears to have received 3 Squadrons of S400 from a total order of 5.
The first Squadron appears to have been deployed for a exercise at Gwalior AFS, while the second Squadron is deployed for combat ops at Bhuj AFS and the 3rd is deployed for combat ops at Jorhat AFS.

The Indian Army recently inducted its first Barak 8 Regiment in Eastern Sector. We geolocated the image to a previously known cantonment housing a Bofors AD Regiment near Nagaon.
We previously found the IA's Barak 8 systems under integration at Hyderabad (See Attached tweet).

Using #IMINT to take a look at IAF's 2nd S400 Battery delivered to Adampur AFS that was not operational till at least May 2022 , coinciding with news reports that the system was operationalized only in June 2022.
Various components including suspected TELs were also visible.

#IMINT Indian Army has replaced the old 551 Smerch Regiment infrastructure at Ambala Cantt with a new compound.
Reasons for this include moving out from the decades old decaying buildings and for accommodating additional new Super Stallion 10x10 Missile resupply trucks.

A Samyukta EW system Regiment compromising of 150+ vehicles was geolocated to Indian Army's Bathinda Garrison.

While the IAF will officially induct the first serial production MRSAM tomorrow, the prototype battery of MRSAM is already deployed since a year at Sri nagar Airbase.
We had also revealed before that BDL had started the integration of several IAF MRSAM batteries ay Hyderabad.

IAF has deployed its second Serial production "MRSAM" ( the Israeli Barak 8 ) Battery to Bhuj AFS, Earlier IAF had deployed its prototype Barak 8 battery to Sri Nagar AFS which we covered before & in 2021 the first serial production battery was inducted & deployed at Jaisalmer.
