4) this is second time fraud happened. Is it normal?

I receive multiple transactions SMS from Madrid worth 4,800 euros thru Apple Pay [ I am an android user]- I filed a complaint which gave me a revert time of 21 August 2022 [almost 2 months]. No help from anyone!

... And then they say courts are not controlled. Artc.63A has been pending for way too long and now it's further postponed till eid. Whereas, Lahore HC ordered oath of Hamza Shbaz within 24hrs. Do you still think we lives in the 90s?
