- Requests raised
- Tickets falsely marked “resolved”
- Still being charged

This is harassment and unfair billing.

I was billed throughout despite repeated disconnection requests and tickets being closed without resolution.

This has been happening since Oct 2025—tickets are being falsely marked resolved while I continue to be billed.

Please confirm:
- Actual disconnection date
- Full refund
