Govt should also make mandatory for private & autonomous colleges and private & deemed universities to provide minimum stipend of 25k, 35k and 50k...cont

We are the person based on whom studies government decides it's policies. We are the research scholars. There is a huge hike in everywhere...( Petrol, daily needs, salary also). Then why not hike in fellowship? @IndiaDST
