Extremely disappointed with @RenaultIndia. Cancelled my Duster R-Pass on 6th May. Over 30 days later, my ₹21,000 refund is missing. Corporate support ignores the official T&C timeline and just keeps asking to 'wait a few days'.

Finally, a staff member named Harsh Anand at counter F asked us to go to counter G. The staff at G asked us to go back to counter F. We went and told Harsh Anand about this, and he very rudely asked us to go back to G. After having spent so much time in this back and forth,

We understand operational challenges happen which are beyond control of any staff member, but instead of assisting us, disrespecting all women like this is just disgusting and unacceptable. Every staff member represents the organization and this guy ruined our experience!

"ladies nahi sunti and unse koi baat nahi kar sakta, ek lady se lady hi baat kar sakti hai,  mai aapse baat nahi kar sakta". We got furious after this because this was not just the worst customer experience, but also this guy making such statements about all women in general.

He then went and brought in a lady staff, who helped us with the baggage drop. After all this, we tried to find a complaints/grievance counter to raise this concern, but there was no such place or person who we could talk to about this.

@airindia Had an awful experience with Air India staff at Delhi airport T3. We asked multiple staff members about which counter do we (me and my female friend) need to go to for baggage drop. Everyone kept redirecting us to a different counter.
