@lufthansa we had a terrible flight from Frankfurt to SFO. Biz class. No internet. And a lap baby whose mom was too busy drinking espressos and the meal and wine to be bothered taking care of her toddler. Toddler was crying and writhing for all but about 2 hours of the flight.
