@VirginMobileUAE tried to renew my plan and payment failed 2 TIMES (per virgin app) and money was deducted. Bank said that payments were successful. Virgin support said plan renewal is not refundable???
This is a big app issue or it is a Virgin scam to take money! Please assist!

@GooglePay hello after unauthorized purchase (claim ID: 5370-1535-1891) my Google acc shows that amounts are refunded and my google pay shows refund declined. Bank is not returning money - please advise.
