Last year this man was caught spraying an elderly cyclist in the face. He was made to apologize & delete the video. Now, with shocking audacity, he has re-uploaded the same clip (on 29th Aug), deleted his apology & even commented with pride (लो फिर a gya हूँ ). This is not only an insult to the victim but also open defiance of law & police instructions. Please take strict action again.
