Sirs, unknown persons have trespassed into my property at Isnapur village and planted an Ambedkar flag right in the center of the plot. Without my permission. Incident occurred sometime in the midnight/early hours today.

Also, would be nice to put up street signs which designate ’No Parking’ and ‘Parking’ areas. Without doing any of this, issuing parking tickets for cars parked in front of people’s homes seems like an arbitrary exercise in bullying citizens.

Yesterday, my mother’s car was issued a parking ticket under Sec 122/177 of MVA. The area & place of parking mentioned are incorrect. The car was parked at S R Nagar (not Rythu Bazar) by the roadside (not in a service lane).

So, is street level parking not allowed in housing colonies in Hyd, on grounds that a car cannot be parked on a public road? Kindly clarify.
If so, pl inform citizens what the alt parking options are, esp for those who don’t have parking spaces in their homes.
