@PMCPune I have been following up for property tax rebate of self occupied property from last 2 years but there is no progress. I had submitted the documents along with PT3 form to chandan nagar office and the documents were Forwarded to main office and there is no clarity,help.

During the installation outdoor unit fan blade got broke while testing by the installation guy. It was then repaired (not replaced) using some adhesive. I am worried what if because of this internal part of outdoor unit e. g. condensor coil got damaged.Need ur help.
