@GoFirstairways If the flight is cancelled due to operational reasons, why did you guys deduct Airfare charges while calculating the refund? I had to change the entire plan, I had to pay extra to book an alternative at last moment. And on top of that, the refund is not 100%??

Tried the Namma Yatri App.
Lower prices and fast response.
Location is not very accurate need to call the driver and coordinate. But not bad for a beta app.
Cash only option- but UPI is acceptable by most drivers.

I have quickly run from your stores because It is tiring and annoying to keep saying "NO NO NO I DON'T WANT".

I hope your executives help those who want help. They must be getting incentives on wat they sell but it is highly evident nd makes the customer uncomfortable.
