@HathwayBrdband Despite requesting deactivation of my connection, I continue to receive calls and messages to recharge. This shows complete disregard for my request and is extremely frustrating. Stop all promotional calls and messages immediately, and process my deactivation request.

Although, a complaint has already been registered on 12th May still no response.

@DTDCIndia After filing 2 complaints and a tweet, only one parcel was delivered yesterday but there are 2 more parcels pending for delivery since more than 15 days.
I don’t understand what type of professionalism defines this .
