and that's why i was not able to send the mail of my cancellation... they passed my 45 days time intentionally so that they earn money from me and I will be not able for the cancellation or Refund policy ,BYJU'S Pls refund my money and cancel my enrollment.

BYJU'S Learning commit me to provide study material in 10 to 15 days of my enrollment , and i called them many times for my books after 15 days of enrollment but they always manipulate me that i will received my books in 5 days , i will receive my books in 10 days.

BYJU'S team is not supporting me for my cancellation , they guys are not even picking up my calls, whenever their financial team calls me , they always said that cancellation will not proceed from their side and I have to pay my EMI, #fakebyjus #fraud

After a lot of requests I decided to cancel my enrollment with byjus , but they told me that now the cancellation will not Proceed and they will not refund my paid amount. It seems like fraud. @BYJUS

First and foremost, I enrolled in the course of Byjus . on 19th sep. 2023 and they gave me that commitment to provide books and study material within 15 days of enrollment

At the time of enrollment they committed me that in any case of dissatisfaction I can cancel my enrollment but now support team told me that I have to pay my all EMIs and I can’t cancel the enrollment.
