Looking for a version of the MoCA that can be administered over the phone and was reminded of the Impossible MoCA, which is always fun to give to anxious colleagues. "Just a standard test I give to all my patients".
The response to this poem across all platforms has blown me away.
Thank you to everyone for sharing and for your kind words. The fact it has resonated with so many people is incredibly moving.
So much love ❤️❤️❤️

Big promises have been made for the Galleri blood test, which its maker says can detect 50+ types of cancer.
The NHS is running a £150m trial of the test, but experts believe that Galleri has been overhyped and the trial is unethical, finds The BMJ

The holy grail of a blood test to detect multiple cancers at such a point that they can be cured seductive but sadly we are still a very long way from achieving this , however much the hype @mgtmccartney@AggarwalOnc@pash22@SullivanProf
Very excited to receive our new medical certificates of cause of death (MCCDs) today after years of working on the upcoming reforms. Although the new certificates are being distributed now, please don’t use them until the reforms become statutory on September 9th.
We have now published our #GPsAreOnYourSide video from @BMA_GP complete with additional subtitles which can be activated for screen reading:

Buprenorphine- the only “British opioid” 🧵
Invented by John Lewis in Norwich while working for Reckitt and Coleman (yes, the mustard people)
First tested in the Glasgow Western Infirmary on 3 volunteers one of which was John Lewis - that’s belief in your own invention folks!
