His base movement speed is still 4.4. Yes, you're reward with haste for using your power correctly, but he is still 4.4/ms. If he didn't have that haste he'd be hot garbage.

Also - curb the "if u do dis u bad brainded loolaolsuyllsolullool" stuff. Have a conversation like a normal person. When you go full dbdtwt it makes it very difficult to even want to engage. It's so cringe.

@Magirific1 @Just_Harlequin @ihuskeleton Yes and no. He's 4.4m/s. If he misses, he's a 4.4 Andy. It also still takes time additionally to respawn at a pallet/window area after going into omnipresent mode to respawn your resources. If you wanted to raise the cooldown, you'd have to make him 4.6.
