everyone is overcomplicating finding a profitable digital product niche. here's the method i use that takes 20 minutes and has never been wrong.

step 1: go to tiktok. search "how do i ___" in any broad category. sort by most liked in the past month.

you're not looking at the videos. you're reading the comments.

every comment that says "can someone just make a template for this" or "i need a step by step" or "why is there no guide for this" is a person telling you exactly what to build.

step 2: take that problem to facebook groups. search the same topic. join the 3 biggest groups. scroll for 15 minutes.

if the same question appears more than 5 times in a 2-week window from different people that's not a question. that's a market.

step 3: check gumroad and whop for existing products. if there are 0-3 products solving that exact problem you just found a gap with validated demand and almost no competition.

if there are 50+ products already you're too late. move to the next comment.

step 4: check the price of whatever does exist. if the closest product is priced at $15 or below there's room to come in at $34-$44 with something more specific and better organized.

the entire process takes 20 minutes. i've used it to launch 5 products that each hit $2K+ in their first month. none of them were in niches i would've picked from my own head.

your brain is the worst market research tool that exists. it only suggests ideas you think are cool. the market only pays for ideas that solve real problems.

i stopped guessing and started listening. revenue tripled in 60 days.
