Tamarindo is located in Guanacaste Province, close to the Liberia International Airport. Usual activities are surfing, sailing, ATV tours, hiking, turtle watching, horseriding, and many more. It also has one of the best nightlife scenes in Costa Rica🇨🇷.

After we checked more than 10 possible buildings with local real estate agents, in different locations across the Pacific Coast, we found a suitable place for the first Palmverse Hotel & Hostel, in the heart of Tamarindo, the busiest beach surf town🏄.

We figured out the best legal structure for operating an international Hotel & Hostel chain, booking platform, and accepting crypto payments. We are working with ECIJA, a leading global law firm, specialized in digital & blockchain technologies.🌎

The first step after relocating was to work on the legal parts of the project. It took weeks of in-person meetings, in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, with multiple international law experts.
