@British_Airways To be honest that isn’t good enough! You should be able to give a timeline. 2 claims made at the same time should be dealt within a day or so of each other. Not weeks apart with one person still waiting. Maybe a message to the CEO might help

@British_Airways Hi Abi, can you give a timeline please. I travelled with my cousin and she made her claim at the same time, she received a reply on Monday. I would have expected the claims to be dealt with on a receipt basis

@British_Airways Terrible service today. LAX to LHR direct flight cancelled . Move to connecting flight leaving LAX at 11pm tomorrow. Only given a hotel for one night so have to hang about for hours at LAX and again at JFK. Too late for coaches in LHR. Customer service contact me

@British_Airways That is terrible, we are getting back to Heathrow over 33 hours after we should have done and you provide 2 meals and a hotel. This is worse because the BA staff at LAX told us differently!!
