We managed as IN didn’t change time then. Parents & Kids in Alaska and up farther North have been dealing with this for decades.

@GhanaboyPharmd I was actually given 2 doses of 1000mg Tylenol IV in the night by 2 brilliant residents after a 10 hour scoliosis revision surgery, getting fused to the hips w/ double hip osteotomies- because I threw up oxcodone 10mg- I have never wanted to give up and die so much ….

@WafflesPharm Happens qd w us- we verify first when and if they had it. If we can verify on cvms for state we go ahead and let them bring card back. But if they lost their card and got both vax’s w us w give them another
