As your next Congressman for Utah’s 3rd District, here’s what I will fight for on Day One: Illegal Immigration: Secure the border and enforce our laws. No more catch and release or suicidal empathy. Illegal entrants will be deported immediately. The only crime needed for removal is entering illegally. In Congress, I will champion efforts to remove all of Utah’s sanctuary policies that act as a magnet for illegal immigration. These policies, including limits on detention, benefits like driving privilege cards, in state tuition, and occupational licensing for those here illegally, overwhelm our housing, schools, healthcare, and public safety while endangering Utah families. Utah will fully cooperate with ICE, honor detainers, end incentives for illegal presence, and prioritize swift removals over becoming a warehouse for federal detainees. H-1B Visas & Legal Immigration: End the abuse of visa programs that undercut American wages, especially for Utah workers, and fuel our housing crisis. We must protect American labor and communities first. Elections: Full transparency and integrity. I’ve led fights for audits and honest elections in Utah. I’ll take that fight to Congress. Open records, paper ballots, same day voting with ID, and real audits so Utahns and all Americans can trust the results. No more secrecy. Land: Utahns are the best stewards of our land. I’ll push back against federal overreach, support active management, defend RS 2477 rights and local access, and resist monument designations that lock up resources and hurt rural economies. State jurisdiction where it belongs. Water: Protect and prioritize Utah’s water rights. No more federal agencies or out of state interests dictating to us. Responsible policy that supports agriculture, families, and growth. Energy: Unleash Utah’s potential: oil, gas, uranium, critical minerals, and nuclear. 77 billion barrels of recoverable oil in CD3 alone. Good paying jobs, lower costs for gas and groceries, American energy independence, and lower prices for everyone. No more locking it up. Parental Rights: Parents, not the federal government or bureaucrats, make decisions for their children. I’ll fight to return education control to local communities and empower parents with real choices and authority. Civil Liberties & the Surveillance State: Defend the Constitution. Oppose the weaponization of government against citizens. I’m skeptical of massive data centers rolled out without transparency, especially when they smell like expanded surveillance. Protect privacy, free speech, and individual rights from an ever growing federal apparatus. This isn’t abstract. It’s about liberty, statehood, parenthood, personhood, and putting Utah and America First. I’ve fought federal land grabs and for election integrity for years. Now I’ll take that fight to Washington.
