The 12-year-old driving the stolen car that hit him received a referral.

Barry was 69, riding his motorcycle in Baltimore when the collision killed him.

Here’s how authorities handled it:

• The 15-year-old passenger was charged with vehicle theft.
• Because of the driver’s age, police referred him to juvenile services.

A man lost his life. His family is left planning a funeral. And the response for the child accused of causing it is a “Child in Need of Supervision” referral.

Being 12 should affect how accountability works. It should not erase accountability when someone dies.

Maryland Democrats wrote the law that made this possible. Flip the races and this would be national news for weeks. Barry's family deserves justice, not a referral.

🚨PURE EVIL: 43-year-old "trans nurse" Kieran Ansley raped a newborn baby girl at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, where he worked.

The baby had been born 4 months premature but was showing development.

Fractures in her bones, bruises on her body, and wounds on her tongue were detected.
