After 3 days, I tried to call again to follow up but it seems like all the phone numbers posted online were unreachable. It took them 2 weeks to reply via email.
Dear Bureau of Customs Pasay Branch, it’s so sad that the package that we sent from Korea via EMS was charged too much for the customs fee. I tried disputing it through email but they were not considerate enough to adjust it.
I was able to call them through the posted cellphone number iniially and the woman who answered told me that she will endorse me to cmec and that they would probably reconsider adjusting the fee since the reason was valid.
I accepted and paid for the charges and yet when I received our packages, they were opened. Some of the things inside were also missing and some products also were spilled because they were not properly put back inside the box.
