@EmiratesSupport Why would the flight be disrupted? Your customer service are refusing a full refund because there is no conflict!!! And don’t get me started on the spelling!
@emirates Shame your call centre is a disaster. Can I just cancel for a full refund, untrue claims and downplaying the conflict to stop people exercising their consumer rights is embarrassing. @ConsumerReports
@emirates@emiratessupport What kind of customer service is this! Making outrageous claims about the conflict against government advice flying would also invalidate our insurance. I was supposed to speak to a supervisor and they answered the phone with a puzzled hello then hung up
@EveningExpress We did a 22 resident joint complaint about waterlogged garden and were told we should have used a fork on our grass. They take zero responsibility once they have your money.
