@Sflecce Quality staff is walking away with no replacement. The reality isn’t real until it hits you in the face. $33,000 a year is not a livable wage. Doesn’t equal the responsibilities faced daily. ECE & EA’s can not be replaced. Amazon is a better option for care staff… reality check!

@ColinDMello I am at max salary at $33,000 a yr in a school office. I made more on EI laid off for 2 summers during COVID than my usual salary. The gov determined what a livable wage was and paid me more. BTW I don’t work at home on full salary & I am not deemed an essential service, explain
