Update on the @Lowes grill: We spent hours on the phone and disrupted our schedule to wait for a pickup and promised a refund. The grill was picked up 7 days ago and still no refund despite calling them several times. You have your dirty, incomplete grill…we want our money.

FYI, if you need to buy a grill this summer: do not buy from @Lowes - they deliver fully assembled but if they deliver a dirty grill missing a crucial part, they refuse to refund and YOU have to hunt down missing parts + install yourself. Not worth it with so many other stores!
