@BBCBreakfast the COVID booster situation is even more of a mess. NHS vaccination itself is inviting people who are no longer eligible for vaccines - repeatedly.
Plus I'm eligible for treatment if I catch covid, but not a vaccine to reduce my chances. That is inconsistent science

Liz Kendall just compared Labours plans to get more people with disabilities into work with how they previously helped get more women into work. The answer then was affordable childcare. You can't pay someone to look after your illness or disability while you go out to work.
