@customrdebenham My delivery should have been today by next day priority which I paid for but DPD not even received it from you. Very poor. Plus waited hours on WhatsApp with no reply from you. No idea where my goods are!
@Debenhams dreadful service. Ordered Wallis clothes yesterday premium next day delivery by DPD. You haven’t even sent the parcel to DPD yet so won’t be delivered today even though I paid for it. No number to call you and waited 4 hours now for response on your WhatsApp!
@eonnext it’s impossible to speak with a human being at your organisation! Over 9 minutes waiting in a hold queue! Vital I speak to someone but useless trying to ring!
@virginmedia I am sitting with my dad, age 85, waiting for a promised 11am call from the executive team to discuss his hugely increasing bill and no one has called. there is no number I can call this team on. This is urgent as we have to give 1 month notice or get a new package.
@InterfloraUK Hi Isaac. Guess what - the florist can’t deliver tomorrow either and in fact NO DELIVERY date offered as delivery driver is sick indefinitely and seemingly Interglira can’t offer an alternative florist . I want a full refund now please and will never use interflora again!!
@InterfloraUK why did you accept my order and money to deliver flowers today and just ring me this morning to say it will have to be delivery tomorrow because the florist ( is there only one!!) is closed. Shockingly bad service!
@virginmedia - all bloody year I’ve been getting this same message for vacation notice and for auto forward. It’s not user error, lots of people getting this and you are doing nothing to help!!
@virginmedia Have you actually read that forum to the end as I have many times! There is no possible self solution. This has been happening since January and nothing gets done. There must be a lack of attention to legacy accounts as many people have experienced this same issue all year
@virginmedia all year I’ve been telling you ( multiple times) that my vacation notice keeps failing with the message ‘ Unable to load your vacation notice. Please retry later’ and all year you’ve done nothing! This is vital for my business but hey you just don’t care……
@HLInvest Parvez - there is no one available after 7.30pm hence an unsettled night not knowing what happening! Plus I expected a direct link between master data and what I see - otherwise how can I trust anything that you show me in app?
@HLInvest Parvez this ‘issue’ was showing me that my portfolio had halved in value and half of my shares disappeared! This is extremely serious to see and there was No way to contact - if you cannot offer a safe and stable platform then all of your investors should be seriously worried.
