Service has progressively gotten worse. Travelling DEL to CCU and had 2 isle seats under flexi tickets confirmed in e-boarding pass. At check in randomly assigned middle and window seat. Want to understand your mechanism of providing horrible experiences.

@indi_go680183 @IndiGo6E The staff at luggage drop counters informed that the seat change was done by "web" as per their system. I want to understand who did this "web" change? The staff has been consistently trying to blame us by saying they haven't done anything but rather we have.

@indi_go680183 @IndiGo6E If this is an inadvertent change due to Indigo's server then I want a compensation because we had particularly got flexi tickets and selected isle seats because I am 16 weeks pregnant. I am not mad to change those specifically selected seats to middle row.

@indi_go680183 @IndiGo6E Firstly, we have web checked in and the boarding passes confirmed the seat numbers as aisle. How is then possible that we ourselves will change the seat allocation to middle if previously we had opted for aisle? If this is "web" change I want to know the IP address.

@nitin_gadkari @OfficeOfNG I was traveling from Jaipur to Delhi on the 18th via the Delhi Mumbai expressway. Almost all rest stops ran out of food, poorly manned, non-functional toilets for women, no dustbins. Strange to see this especially when it's supposed to be a model.

@RailMinIndia The Vande Bharat right now from Delhi to Lucknow was standing still for the last 30 minutes. If VB is delayed as well how do we as passengers really in railways. It is like going completely on trial and error.

@airvistara Terrible terrible ground staff behaviour at Delhi airport, Delhi to Kolkata flight UK 727 departing 20.30. Forcibly took my cabin luggage to check-in repeatedly questioning the dimensions whereas I have travelled with the same bag in the cabin two weeks back.
