@SwiggyCares You humiliated me in front of my guests by failing to deliver an order that was placed well in advance and then cancelling it after 2.5 hours. Now you want to take this to DMs because you don't want that failure to be visible publicly.
Guess what? I ordered food from Swiggy at 7:10 PM, a full hour before my guests were due to arrive. The app showed an estimated delivery time of 60–65 minutes, which seemed reasonable.
@SwiggyCares Stop replying with the same copy-paste response to everyone. I waited 2.5+ hours, my order was cancelled, and all I got was a generic template reply. Take some accountability. Shameful service.
Wasting over two and a half hours of a customer's time and then cancelling the order is completely unacceptable. This wasn't just an inconvenience, it ruined the entire plan for the evening. After this experience, I will never order from them again.

@magicdecor_com Ok, but what about the measurement blunder from your team? The wallpaper is peeling off exactly where the missing part was fixed later. Who is responsible for this? Instead of useless comments, address the actual issue. There’s no proper customer support to connect with. Fraud.
