$0.68 is the lowest the Canadian dollar has been since 2003. We're just 2 cents shy of hitting multi-decade lows.
As sad as that is, a $0.68 dollar in 2003 had far more buying power than a $0.70 dollar has today. So in terms of purchasing power, the CAD is at all time lows.
