Been off my antianxiety and antidepressants for far too long. (I do this too often - it's my toxic trait) and now my brain wants to tell me that Mr Geek is cheating on me, I'm unlovable, and not a good human.

I know I have to get back on my meds again - one of them has a side effect of being seriously drowsy and will pretty much knock me out for 24+hrs when I go back on them, and that's what's put me off taking it. 🧵
