We are excited about 2nd intercultural day that will happen this Thursday, August 22 @MKC Maribor, this time we will be learning more about Persian culture. First we will listen to the presentation of Iran and Afghanistan which will be followed by the tasting of Iranian treats.

PandPAS` local stakeholder in Slovenia is also Maribor Public Library.We are now preparing with them and cultural mediator a set of books in Arabic language (donated by Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Bosnia and Herzegovina) that will be available from this September on.

PandPAS is not resting in summer! In Slovenia we are preparing in cooperation with MKC Maribor and Slovenska filantropija a set of six intercultural events each month from July to December 2019, starting with presentation of Eritrea and their traditional coffee drinking ceremony.

Would you like to know how "Slovenia" is spelled in Arabic? The poster that shows comparison between Slovenia and Syria has been made within language learning class in elementary school in Maribor by three pupils from Syria and their mentor, devoted student of pedagogy.
