Be reliable. Speed up journey times Wey - Wat. Have adequate luggage space on serving ports, airports, resorts and unis. Reinstate refreshments - no access to drinks on a 3 hr journey is poor. Clean your trains - they're minging!
@Morebusco - I see you now have some info on your website, but no details of fare stages, return fares or how people can find the most cost-effective journeys, especially on short trips. This is important to your low income customers. @TomHayesBmouth
