Can you share your rating policy here. If we got 1 less rating then immediately you reduce the total rating. But if we continued getting 20 5 star rating still our total rating has not increased .

Any single person is alive in this company who can work for partner support. Ticket is created no update from customer care, manager not picking phone calls. Jab paisa lena hota hai to daily calls karte hai.
