Justice dies by media sensationalism, by sealing court docs, by manufacturing or destroying evidence to fit a narrative, by slipshod police work, by nepotism and political pressure in the judiciary.
Justice dies in silence when people turn a blind eye.
@MercyWright1984 Those in gvt control the pen that creates the narrative they want to gaslight the public with. They manufacture or destroy evidence to support said narrative, redact and seal info to protect themselves. Tragically, justice died a long time ago.
The greatest trait you can acquire is to work with tremendous intensity on things that matter to you, and more importantly, be strangely unbothered when those things don't work out.
@casey_whalen When one goes “hands on” at what point is it considered assault?
Why does it seem like when LE is the one to escalate everyone turns the other cheek?
New ballot initiative in Oregon called ‘Initiative Petition 28, the PEACE Act, will make it illegal to hunt, fish or raise animals, even if it’s on your own land
If passed it will be ILLEGAL to
- Hunt or fish for food (even on your own property or for sustenance
- Raise and slaughter animals like chickens, rabbits, pigs, cows, etc., for meat on your own land or farm.
- Engage in common livestock practices (e.g., breeding via artificial insemination)
- Control pests by killing them (in many cases)
If passes it will lead to investigations and prosecutions of farmers and individuals raising animals for food, including small scale or backyard operations with rabbits and chickens
“They're going to raid all of our farmers and go after them because they're trying to quietly pass it and then make it where we all have to eat from the stores instead of farmer's markets and stuff.”
The appointed individual now has “incumbent” status come election time.
Do you see how this “party politics” works?
Wouldn’t be surprised at all if this happens in Kootenai County.
About that “inside track…”
If one pays attention long enough, one observes many officer-holders retire or resign before the end of the term they were elected to fulfill.
By side-lining the principles of free thought and expression, the Idaho Supreme Court has effectively green-lit the financial ruin of those who dare to challenge powerful institutions.

Today the men in suits showed up to tell us what would happen to Idaho's economy if we took away the slaves.
It started with who will pick our potatoes. Then who will milk the cows. And then what about the sugar beets, barley and onions. Then Idaho's tater tots and yogurt. Illegals feed our country- Idaho state ag industry cannot survive without them.
We were told that it's important for Idaho to have illegals to frame, roof, side, tile, sheetrock, paint, finish trim and landscape our new homes. Not because they do subpar work for lower wages but because there aren't enough Idaho men willing to do the work. We are in a housing shortage- Idaho state construction industry cannot survive without them.
We were told that it's important for Idaho to have illegals to make our hotel beds, clean hotel toilets and tend to hotel landscaping. We need illegals to wash our restaurant dishes, take out the trash and fry our drive-thru food. Idaho hospitality and dining industries cannot survive without them.
I'm no rocket scientist but it sure looks like they are replacing Idahoans with illegals one industry at a time- Because Idaho cannot survive without them (or something like that).
They went beyond the 1A right to protest.
The “wife” antagonized agents.
Good failed to comply with orders
I don’t think the “wife” expected the agents to order Good out of the car. Realizes they are in trouble.
Tells Good, “drive, Baby, drive)
