People are still enveloped in this incident as some type of conspiracy involving Norris. They’re missing the point. There’s evidence to suggest that this Red Tundra incident was being used by operatives to entrap Dan and I in a conspiracy, blame Norris, then use that to discredit us in the public square. Would it have been prosecutable in court? I don’t think so, but it definitely would have been used to discredit us. It didn’t work because we didn’t bite.
🚨 RED TUNDRA INCIDENT: 911 AUDIO RELEASED 🚨
After our initial public records request on June 1, 2026, was denied by the Idaho State Police due to what was described as an active investigation, including witness interviews, we resubmitted our request after North Idaho News reported yesterday on the May 29, 2026 collision report it had obtained from ISP.
Our request was subsequently granted and included, among other records, the 911 audio from the Kirk Kelso crash.
In that audio, the female 911 caller reports what she observed at the scene and states that there was a single male occupant involved in the collision.
What's particularly noteworthy is that despite the rumors, speculation, and social media narratives that followed this incident, Dan Wilson made no public claims about what occurred. In fact, Wilson deliberately refrained from commenting on the circumstances of the crash until records, reports, and other verifiable facts became available.
Yet even as facts were still being gathered, some individuals continued attempting to tie Wilson to misinformation surrounding the event.
As we detailed during last week's livestream, there is evidence that certain local operatives were once again attempting to use this incident to push a narrative involving Wilson rather than allowing the facts to speak for themselves.
This audio is an official record obtained directly through a public records request.

🚨 LIBERTY WITHOUT COMPROMISE LIVESTREAM EVENT 🚨
Norris and the Conspirators
Rumors, Lawsuits, Operatives & The Failed Setup
Tonight at 7 PM PT, hosts Dan and Dawna Wilson pull back the curtain on a series of events that raise serious questions about what is really happening behind the scenes in Kootenai County.
First, we'll be joined by a guest whose lawsuit involving Sheriff Bob Norris has received almost no public attention. The claimant, who also happens to be an attorney, will share his firsthand account of events involving tribal police that ultimately led to legal action. With multiple lawsuits already active against Norris, including the Pennie Collinson and Theresa Borenpohl cases, what else has been unfolding outside the public spotlight?
We'll also revisit the Ryan McClintock incident, the extraordinary event that drew countywide attention after McClintock arrived at the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office and used a baseball bat to smash windows before being arrested. The incident sparked widespread debate and speculation, leaving many residents asking the same question: what led him to that moment? We'll provide an update on where McClintock's case stands today and revisit the events that continue to raise questions throughout the community.
Finally, we'll examine the high-speed crash that ignited rumors across North Idaho. Despite the severity of the impact, which reportedly destroyed concrete barriers and heavily damaged roadside infrastructure, many of the area's usual information outlets remained silent, even as citizens attempted to submit photos and information about the scene. That vacuum fueled a wave of speculation, including claims that Sheriff Bob Norris was involved. Official sources have now identified the driver, but new evidence suggests some of the same operatives we've been investigating may have been working behind the scenes to encourage and amplify those rumors. Was this simply misinformation spreading organically, or was someone setting a trap and waiting for others to take the bait? Tonight, we'll reveal what we've uncovered.
The deeper we dig, the more connections begin to emerge.
Join us live as we connect the dots.

We’ve been going against church corruption and abuse coverup culture in our county. There are two things the opposition does continuously. 1. Demand a “religious resume” otherwise how dare you even speak of these pastors and their processes? 2. They use scripture like they are casting spells with it.
Bob Norris and Stefanie Fetzer needed Brent Regan of the KCRCC and then they didn’t. Bob Norris endorses Stefanie Fetzer because Bob Norris is her “friend”. Paul Van Noy supports Stefanie Fetzer because she’s his political coach. Paul Van Noy scolds Brent Regan of the KCRCC because now we’re at the power clash part of the story arch between the KCRCC and Candlelight. Paul Van Noy pretends he didn’t know Dan Gookin had liberal leanings and then retracts his endorsement at the last minute. Paul Van Noy complains about slimy politics even though he’s recorded having a full blown conversation reveling in his political influence and spreading lies and gossip. These people are all bat shit crazy and they don’t care who knows it.
Who leaked the arrest report or the PC Affidavit a day prior to Ryan McClintock’s first appearance hearing?
It appears that one day after McClintock’s arrest, on Easter Sunday, Brad Cree posted comments on a North Idaho News Facebook page stating “So question. Did Wilson’s wife have text communications encouraging this behavior? Inquiring minds want to know. would that not also be a crime. There’s more to this story than meets the eye.”
In the Coeur d’Alene Police arrest report and Probable Cause Affidavit, officer Galloway notes McClintock statement “Ryan told me he communicated with Dan's wife Donna to communicate to him. Ryan
told me this communication was via text.”
How could Cree know what was stated in the arrest report? The only logical conclusion is that law enforcement leaked these reports to Cree and others in order to begin shaping a narrative to the public in an attempt to tie Dan and Dawna Wilson into the events of that day.
I’m guessing it was KCSO deputies or the Sheriff himself who leaked it.
More to come.

For the past 2-1/2 years….I have been leading the charge to get this unethical relationship between @sheriffkcso and Commissioner Mattare to end. There should not be any special deputy given to any commissioner.
Call Mattare (208-446-1600 )and Norris (208-446-1300) and demand this special deputy status be revoked now.

She’ll bring out one of her alter ego profiles and follow the winning formula of a heated exchange with herself so that she can defend herself, her purpose, and her position. Meanwhile, everyone who witnesses this “persecution” and “victimization” will respond with consolation emojis and Biblical affirmations.
It recently came to our attention that local, political operative, Stefanie Fetzer, initiated a fundraiser on behalf of Dan Wilson’s disabled daughter. The legal claims made by Stefanie Fetzer, which she is using as the basis for raising funds, are false and defamatory. Furthermore, Stefanie Fetzer has disguised exploitation of a vulnerable individual as “care and concern” of a person with disabilities.
Behind the publicly available iCourt document which Fetzer is using as “evidence” of a judgement in a guardianship case, there are over two years of sealed court records, depositions, and discovery documents that will prove Stefanie’s claims to be false and defamatory.
It’s also important to note that these sealed court records, depositions, transcripts, and discovery documents will be used in future litigation related to this guardianship case.
We are issuing a public warning that any donations made to this false and misleading fundraising campaign will be tied to a potential defamation lawsuit soon. As such, we advise against anyone considering a donation through any platform containing Dan Wilson’s name or having information regarding a legal judgement of any kind.
Dan and Dawna appreciate your ongoing support and encouragement.
