Over the past few days, we have taken a pause on social media so we could take time to listen, reflect and change course. In the Chairman's Message, NPC Chairman Carole Jones and the Board of Directors share three considerations for addressing racism in the Panhellenic community.

Today we commemorate Juneteenth, the celebration of emancipation from slavery in the U.S. In 1865, Major General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston, Texas, where he read the Emancipation Proclamation and saw to it that the last remaining people who were enslaved were freed.
