The book “Panic” is literary therapy for those who have found themselves in difficult mental health situations such as depression, panic attacks and fear
The book is an interpretation of my life experience through the eyes of the main character Noa, sometimes undisguised and open to the core. All my work - films, paintings, poetry and prose - reflect my experience, my feelings of fear and happiness. https://t.co/1IFSrS2coc
Bravery is needed to create something. If I was afraid, I doubt that anyone would’ve read my book, seen my movies or paintings. It is almost like the stress of waiting to bring a child into the world, since you don’t know who will be born and who they will grow up to be…

It must be understood that this book is sort of like a path to finding the triggers of a panic attack, and judging by the opinions of our readers, this is a very common issue. Also, as the book is about finding the way to release serotonin, the share of self irony is guaranteed
“Reading is the sole means by which we slip, involuntarily, often helplessly, into another’s skin, another’s voice, another’s soul.”
Joyce Carol Oates

I am a creative person, and my mission in life is to share. Those who have read my book, can understand that it’s not only about psychological difficulties. There are a lot of torturous moments, but there’s also self irony, and a look into the process of finding oneself.
I have been writing for as long as I can remember, but up until recently, it was just for myself. Similarly, the book before you today was not meant to become a book, it was supposed to be my reflection during my time in therapy.

It must be admitted that the book is a kind of search for a panic attack trigger, and judging by the feedback from readers, this is a very urgent problem. And it is also a search for a source of serotonin, so the self-irony is guaranteed. #bestbooks#panicattack#reading
When a person realizes he has been deeply heard, his eyes moisten. I think in some real sense he is weeping for joy. It is as though he were saying, "Thank God, somebody heard me. Someone knows what it's like to be me".

Those who have read the book will recognize that it is not only about psychological experiences. There is a lot of suffering, but there is also a search for a path, self-irony aimed at self-acceptance and self-development. #mentalhealth#Kindle https://t.co/oXZXXCLCnW
The book is a collection of pieces of experience, events, experiences and thoughts over a long period. If we talk about the "writing" process of the book, it took several months, and the texts used are both recent and up to 15 years old. #mentalhealth

"We cannot control the events that happen to us, but we can control how we respond to them."
This is a core principle of Stoicism, which is a philosophical school of thought that emphasizes the importance of accepting life's hardships and maintaining a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
The idea is that while we cannot control the events that happen to us, we can control how we respond to them.
By doing so, we can maintain our inner peace and find strength in the face of adversity.

The stigmatising idea that people in emotional pain may have brains (or parts of brains) that are chronically defective, imbalanced &/or disordered has become part of our zeitgeist, rendering our relationship to suffering more fatalistic, fearful, dysfunctional & tortured.
To be told you are suffering from an internal mental dysfunction/disorder, when in fact you are suffering from unmet psycho-social &/or relational needs, is to potentially open yourself up to being worryingly misled, maddeningly misunderstood & harmfully mismanaged.
